BodyRock has a strict 48 Hour Cancellation Policy. Please be respectful of my time. Please understand, due to the nature of my profession, I make my living by individual appointment times. When you are scheduling, you are reserving one of only a few time slots available. If you cancel last minute or do not show up, you are robbing me of my ability to provide for my family. Therefore, If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your appointment time. This allows be time to fill that spot. If proper notice is not given, the client will be responsible for paying the entire cost of the missed session. If a client ”No-Shows”, they will be responsible for paying for the missed session AND will be required to prepay for any future appointments. This amount may be charged to the card on file or an invoice will be sent via email/text.
This cancellation policy will also apply to adjusting appointment lengths. If you need to adjust to a shorter appointment length than previously scheduled, I will require 48 hours notice so that I can adjust my schedule accordingly. If you need to shorten your appointment on the day of, you will still be required to pay for the length you had originally scheduled.

If you are late to your session, I will do my best to address your needs within your remaining scheduled time. Clients who are more than 10 minutes late will be asked to reschedule their appointment and charged the cancellation fee.
New clients are required to prepay for your first appointment in full. After that, clients will be required to have a card on file.
As a professional licensed therapist, I am dedicated to providing a completely safe and enjoyable experience for my clients. My work is strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Any inappropriate comments or advances will result in immediate termination and full payment of the session.
New Clients: New client intake forms will be emailed to you upon scheduling. Please have this filled out prior to your appointment. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to go over your intake form and discuss expectations and areas of focus with your Massage Therapist.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable and expire 12 months after purchase. (Please review my normal business hours and availability before purchasing. Gift certificates will not be refunded due to conflict in schedules.)
