These sessions can be done on specific areas or for the entire body, depending on the amount of time scheduled. 60 minutes is best for focused work, while 90-120 minutes is best for full body sessions.

You’ll experience tension relief, nervous system regulation and a whole-body exhale. 30 minutes is for 1-2 areas only. For full body, schedule 60-90-120 minutes.
